Consultation call
Next, we’ll hop on a relaxed and intentional video call to connect, answer any questions, and chat about all the things that matter—your love story, the energy you want for your day, and how I work behind the lens. This is where we make sure it’s a great fit, and start dreaming up the experience together.

review your costum proposal
After our call, I’ll send over a personalized proposal based on your unique wedding needs. You’ll get a clear look at what’s included, investment details, and any thoughtful add-ons we chatted about—no surprises, just honest transparency and options designed with care.
STEP 04
book your date
Once you've reviewed your proposal and chosen your package, booking is easy. A signed contract and retainer officially lock in your date, and then the fun begins! You'll receive a welcome guide and planning resources, and we’ll get started with your engagement session and timeline support.

01. How do we book you for the wedding?
Start by filling out the inquiry form on the Contact page. I’ll be in touch within 72 hours to confirm availability and set up a free Zoom consultation so we can connect face-to-face, talk through your vision, and make sure we’re a great fit.
To officially reserve your date, a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding. Payment plans are available—just ask!
02. Do we meet before the wedding?
Yes! All packages (except The Wildflower) include an engagement session so we can connect, get comfortable, and have some fun before the big day. It’s a great way to build trust and get natural, relaxed photos on your wedding day. We will also connect on a Zoom call before the wedding date regardless what package you decide to go with.
03. How long does it take to receive our photos?
Weddings are delivered within 8–10 weeks through an online high-resolution gallery. You’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days after the wedding to hold you over!
04. what if we are getting ready or hosting events in separate locations?
This is where a second photographer comes in handy! You can add a second shooter for $150/hour (3-hour minimum), which helps capture more of your day—especially when things are happening simultaneously.

Travel fees - A travel fee of $0.75/km one way applies for weddings taking place outside of Calgary and Cochrane.
Studio rentals for Engagement & Bridal Boudoir are not included in your session price. If you'd like to book a studio, you’ll be responsible for the rental fee. Most spaces range from $70–$150/hour, and I’m happy to help you find one that matches your vibe.
Please note: A 5% sales tax will be added to all wedding, lifestyle, and branding packages.
